* Dertermined number of meals to prepare and how leftover meals are to be used.
* Stores and inventories unuesed meals.
* Supervises food and service and kitchen clean-up.
* Supervises all kitchen personnel.
* Other duties as assigned
* Must have experince in food managment.
* Must have experience in supervison.
* Must have a vaild Drivers License and personnel vehicle.
